After years of insisting that ordained ministry was not in her future, Sarah Dianne realized during college that there was only so much running she could do. To no one’s surprise, once she accepted that God was calling her to ministry, it became much easier to accept her passion for the PCUSA and for pastoral ministry!
Sarah Dianne is deeply committed to the Presbyterian Church (USA) and counts herself incredibly blessed to be a lifelong member of this denomination. Her life has been shaped by growing up in the church, having meaningful relationships with countless clergy members, and by the care of intergenerational relationships only found within the church.
When considering a call to pastoral ministry, Sarah Dianne feels called into the church where she can walk alongside all those who will let her as they discern God’s presence in their lives. She believes that the greatest thing in the world is listening to the stories that others have to offer, and knows beyond a doubt that church people can and will change the world for the better.
